When will Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Hyundai make their first Diesel cars and SUV in America?

I dont watch the news so, let me know.

Its just Diesel engines are much better than gasoline engine, Diesel engine will give us more power, acceleration and the performance is at its best, not to mention

Diesels are also heavy & noisy, and because of a few attempts at diesels back in the '70's, during the gas shortages, they have a bad wrap for cars. In big pick-up trucks, they rule.
