Where can I find drilling instructions for installing Steel Horse side steps on a 1995 jeep wrangler?

Was given steps w/o directions. Looking for a link to step by step directions. Have been unable to locate on jcwhitney or quadratec.

Steel Horse had a horrible reputation for shoddy workmanship. It was well earned. They went quietly out of business sometime in the early 2000's, which is why you cannot find installation instructions.
