How does the door panel come off to replace the driver's side mirror of my honda civic 2004?

I bought a replacement mirror for the drivers side of my honda civic 2004 and i know that i need to take the panel off the inside but i obviously don't want to break it...do I just pry it off, are there connectors that I need to locate? Please help,
