How to Unplug engine comp wiring harness on '73 Vette?

On a 73 'Vette, the engine compartment wiring harness is old, wedged down on the side and has some large drips of black sealant on it, so I can't see clearly. How do you unplug it from this side- engine? are there clips or scews that need to be undone
There should be a bracket that will have to be taken loose every 10 to 12 inches of the harness. If you plan to reuse the harness, be carefull not to pull on the wires too hard. You may break one up inside the harness and then you will really have fun
