Does the Discover More Card Bonus Cashback apply to items on sale?

I read that in order to get the Bonus Cashback you need to select the merchant's website through www.discovercard.com/shop

So once you are at the merchants website, does the cashback apply to all the products, including the ones which are

It sounds like all purchases qualify for the Bonus Cashback.
